Legend of the Lightning Strike
24. Take Down All in One Strike
Aji charged forward, passing the two attackers without their notice. The two attackers were shocked to see Aji behind them. A second ago, he had been in front of them, ready to attack.
Just as the two attackers were about to turn and attack, their backs felt hot, as Aji's palm strike had already struck them. They fell forward and fell.
Swoosh!
From above, Gonan saw that it had been confirmed that the four-person team was indeed very strong. They were able to keep up with the attackers. The attackers had even deployed their full strength to take them down completely.
Several people were knocked flying and fell, and the transport team immediately entered from all sides, taking the injured bodies for immediate first aid. Gonan continued to watch, penetrating the energy mist with his abilities. The four participants were holding their ground well, especially Barsha.
The woman seemed incredibly fast, weaving between participants and taking them down. Barsha already felt the upper hand as long as the attackers were limited in number. She understood that the attackers were using assassin abilities, so she was well-versed in the direction of their attacks and the openings to take them down.
Lao was similarly capable, his disc repelling attacks. The disc generated the energy it created, protecting him from attackers who attacked from all sides and angles.
The disc was like a luminous moon, surrounding Lao. His mastery of this moving energy was already highly proficient. He also had to be mindful of how he used the disc's energy to avoid running out. It would take a while to recharge if not utilized properly.
Another thing that caught Gonan's attention was Gayatri. Gayatri, even with a gentle flick of her hand, created hundreds of flying blades, deflecting and repelling the attackers. Even though the attackers, who were testers, were selected assassins, they were completely unable to approach Gayatri, as hundreds of energy-shaped blades seemed to attack them as well.
Gonan smiled; these were young talents who would become future successors. They were the future great Celestial Army.
Gonan saw that Gayatri was even able to force attackers to retreat, with a surprise attack of thousands of energy blades that sent them flying.
Gonan finally spotted one of them, Aji. Gonan observed that Aji was quite skilled at dodging the attacks of the Assassins who were attacking him. Aji's movements were quite agile, and he was able to dodge all attacks with his physical strength, without any weapons. Aji was seen dodging, weaving, parrying, and delivering attacks with his energy punches.
Gonan observed again that Aji was a fighter who studied barehanded fighting. This meant that Aji likely trained in physical strength and energy to protect his body from external attacks.
If one's physical mastery reached the pinnacle, Gonan saw that in the future, Aji could become a figure like the legendary Lightning Puncher. Indeed, Lightning Puncher, the legendary lightning boxing fighter, was a figure unlike any other in the martial arts world. His strength was purely physical without weapons, but his energy was immense.
Gonan smiled again, although he saw Aji's potential. However, he saw that Aji was still very weak compared to his three teammates. Judging from the previous encounter, Aji had only attempted to dodge and attack one or two people, while the others had already knocked out several attackers.

"Do you still have enough energy to keep holding on?" Aji warned the others, noticing that Lao was starting to tire. So were Gayatri and Barsha. They were too eager and wasted a lot of energy. This was because the attackers were so numerous and taking turns attacking them.
Whoosh! Klang! Duag!
They chatted as the continuous attacks continued.
Gayatri approached, backing away and striking with her energy knife. She leaned closer to Aji, "We might have a hard time holding out much longer if the attackers are now focused on attacking all of us."
Aji understood their current situation. A major war is no different. They must maintain their energy while continuing to attack the testers. Gayatri was already near Aji. Aji gave her a chance to recover some of her energy, and Aji protected her from the attackers.
On the other hand, Barsha continued to defend and attack effectively. Lao may have seemed a bit overwhelmed. His discs now seemed more focused on defending and repelling the barrage of attacks from the four attackers who continued to bombard him.
Aji signaled Lao to approach him. Aji did so through Gayatri. Gayatri, understanding, immediately attacked Lao's attackers with her energy knife and supported Lao from a distance. Lao, who glanced at Aji and Gayatri, understood and quickly retreated.
They re-formed.
"Barsha! Retreat!" Aji shouted at Barsha. Although slightly annoyed, Barsha swerved and retreated toward them.
"What's wrong? I can still hold on?" Barsha protested.
"Can't you see the attackers just keep coming?" Aji now looked ahead, "Gayatri, scan and identify all the attackers' energy, their numbers, and their exact locations."
Gayatri was still confused, but she did so using her energy eye ability. Her eyes lit up. Lao shielded them with his disc. Aji was planning something, and Barsha was still confused.
Gayatri had already managed to spot all the attackers in the fog. "49 of them, they're all surrounding us, and they're well-hidden."
Aji immediately understood the situation, "We'll take them all down in one strike, so do as I say."
They were all confused: taking down attackers who were at least level 6 or 7 assassins? And all in one strike? Isn't that a crazy idea?
Aji knew they were all skeptical. However, this could also show them how the martial arts world was filled with powers they couldn't have imagined. Right, it's time to show the younger generation what destruction is!
"Lao, when I give you the signal, explode all your energy disks everywhere. Barsha, your remaining task. Lastly, Gayatri! Explode your energy to protect us."
They still didn't understand Aji's intentions, but would it work?
"But Aji," Lao's voice was still uncertain, still dodging attacks from the attackers who were trying to attack them, "There's not enough energy."
"Step back!" Aji commanded. Lao retreated to Aji. Aji placed his right palm on Lao's shoulder. In an instant, energy was channeled; it was quite large, so large that Lao could feel it entering his body.
This energy?
"You're ready!"
Everyone took their stance. When the signal was given, they would try to do as Aji instructed. They also wanted to test what would happen next.
When the five attackers from the examiners arrived, they surrounded them about three meters away. Aji shouted.
"Begin!"
BOOOOOMM!
An explosion of energy occurred. Everyone inside the Colosseum felt a massive energy surge, exploding and raging. Even those above the Colosseum, watching the depths of the fog, felt a shard of energy that dazzled their eyes.
What was happening?
