Dinan must study the video, what happened eight years ago because the video was cut off. The incident in Tokyo, and was the first Portal Crash incident for a Rare Dimension Portal case.
Noris saw the curious Dinan, he also told the details of the next incident after the video of the fight was stopped.
The video stops after the big explosion that happened and it looks like it destroyed a lot of places there. The powerful cosmic energy attack of one of the Kaiju monsters was huge and like the energy of a thousand thunderbolts that shattered all over the place. One city was destroyed at that time, and there was a crisis for several days throughout Japan.
Associations from all countries discussed and immediately dispatched S-rank Hunters from various countries, and a fierce battle was inevitable in Japan. This battle is known in history as Star Wars. That's because the battles between Hunters and monsters are all S-rank Hunters.
Hunters all over the world have promised, in case of another attack, the Portal crashes with the outbreak of the rare Dimension being unlocked. So, all countries have an obligation to attend and send their strong Hunters to finish it. All Countries have the same obligation to complete the mission.
This became an absolute agreement between countries after the big incident in Japan 8 years ago. The war was finally won by the star squad of Hunter Rank S. The three Kaiju were defeated by the ability of all-powerful Hunters from around the world with their respective Hunter strength specifications.
There are many Hunters that appear against Kaiju. However, there was a Hunter who came from nowhere and possessed extraordinary power. In fact, one Hunter was able to defeat that one Kaiju alone. The rest, the two great Kaijus were defeated by even hundreds of S-rank Hunters from all over the world.
After that incident, that one powerful Hunter was never seen again and no one even knew him. All the Hunters just thought that it was a Hunter with high abilities who didn't want to be known. He helped out when the Hunters were in very serious trouble.
Noris told Dinan about it in great detail. He got that information of course, by reading all the incident documents that were in the data center of the Hunter Association.
Dinan sensed that he had found the right place and the right person to know many things he didn't know.
"Do Dimension Portals with Rare Dimension Portals still exist in this world?" asked Dinan straight to the heart of the matter. Is there really such a rare Dimensional Portal to this day around the world?
Noris did not answer but instead approached the keyboard and typed a command through the keyboard.
There was writing on the large monitor screen.
[Eliminates all Green and Red Dimensional Gap coordinates, Yes or No].

Noris chose Yes, and at that moment the screen flashed very fast and from the entire world map on the screen, there was only a coordinate line with only yellow dots. Previously, the many Red dots and the dominant Green color, all disappeared.
There are only five yellow coordinates left. And…, Dinan's eyes opened wider because one of the yellow dots was closest to their position. To be precise, in the Alps.
It's been more than 6 years since the Dimensional Portal was formed, but there's been no sign of it so far. There was no Portal Crash past three days that the Hunters left the Dimension Portal. The Dimensional Portal was enormous and initially frightened many people.
However, for years there has been no reaction whatsoever from the dimensional portal. Everyone thought of it as an ordinary Dimensional Portal and didn't move at all. Everyone around here had gotten used to it until these six years.
It was the only Rare Dimension Portal in France.
“Has there ever been an expedition from a Hunter that entered the Dimensional Portal in those Alps?” asked Dinan.
Noris just shook his head. To the knowledge of Hunter's data when it came to entering the Dimensional Portal, no one had reported it to the Hunter Association. Basically, the Hunter Association is useful for registering all the Hunters who will enter the Dimension Portal that is formed.

Records in the Association showed, not a single Hunter or raid team of Hunters had reported entering the Rare Dimensional Portal in the Alps.
However, reports from the underworld or solo Hunters, or Hunters working alone under the Guild or outside the Guild. Many Hunters had tried to enter the Dimension Portal with that rare Dimension. However, no one ever returned after entering the Dimensional Portal.
There are Hunters who move independently outside of Guilds and Associations, but there are also Guilds that do have members outside the Guild list. They work in the dark and carry out other covert missions.
Such things are natural in today's world, they are also very well coordinated. The Hunter Association itself was too busy dealing with the Dimensional Portal which the Guilds couldn't resolve, as well as the country's problems and frequent disputes between Guilds.
Back to the topic of yellow coordinates, one of the places is in the Alps. Another place is some point, there is a point in China. And three other points in different countries. Dinan didn't pay much attention to it, his task this time was to complete the mission of the red Dimensional Portal that was not taken over by the Guild.
“Please report from Association Members who have been assigned to complete missions in the Dimensional Portal that were not taken by the Guild.”
Dinan's request was immediately responded to by Vania. The woman swiftly played her fingers on the keyboard in front of her, which was different from Noris's. All the keyboards are connected to each other except when one of them is turned off.
Vania pressed enter and opened the data with various information and graphs that appeared from the red coordinates.
"Out of the 103 red coordinate points from all corners of the country, only 17 Dimensional Gaps have been secured and get a complete list from the Hunter team from the Hunter Association."

Vania's explanation concluded that the Hunter Association's Hunter members were too few to complete all the Dimensional Portals that were not taken over by the Guilds in this country.
Yes, if the Hunter Association couldn't clear all the Dimensional Portals there would be a lot of Portal Crashes. If that happened, the Association's Hunters, the military, and the Dimensional Gap's defense forces would be in trouble.
So, sometimes the Hunter Association and also the government give special rewards for solo Hunters who are not members of the Guild for completing the dimensional portals that appear. They will be paid according to the portal rank on the completed portal dimension.
For some reason, the Hunters in the Guild at least only cleared a few Dimensional Portals that they thought were high rank. While the low ranks were ignored, they thought that the Hunters in the Association as well as the defense forces were indeed their job to finish the rest of their unfinished work.
It was also probably because the Guild was also having a hard time and couldn't reach all the Dimension Portals that appeared.
The low rank of the Dimensional Portal let alone its remote location, they were ignored by the Guilds. I don't know what they meant, but it was none other than because low-rank Dimensional Portals didn't have a large source of income or crystals were low. Faraway places also made it too much of a hassle for them to teleport, and they had to pay a lot of Hunter Portals.
That is, the completion of the Dimensional Portal which was out of their reach, was not paid much attention to by the Guilds and Hunters within it.
No problem! Dinan's main goal is to investigate all the sources of trouble in this world, namely the Dimensional Portal. If he could stop all the Dimension Portals that appeared. Then, all problems will be solved in this world by closing the root of the problem.
"Noris, help me and show me all the coordinates of the Dimensional Portal points that haven't been taken over by the Hunter Association."
Noris was still confused by hunter Dinan's request, but he clicked on all the red coordinates and displayed all the red coordinates. He also removed the coordinates of the red marks that had been taken over by the Hunter Team from the Hunter Association, namely the 17 coordinates of the Dimensional Portal.
The number of coordinates requested by Dinan. That is, the 103 Dimensional Gap points from all over the country are reduced by 17 meaning that there are still 86 Dimensional Portal points that have not been scheduled to be completed by the Hunter of the Association.

"Vania, please enlarge all the coordinates so I can read them all."
Vania helped and made the zoom on all screens. Dinan's eyes saw all the enlarged dots. From there, he saw that every point in various places in the country was new, meaning that there would be a Portal Crash in 3 days. The rest, there are already running for two days and just waiting for another day of Dimension Crash.
[One Nature activated!]
Enables the ability to record all point coordinates precisely.
Dinan's eyes looked at all the red coordinates, where all the Dimensional Portals from various islands and remote corners were located. The data is obtained in its entirety. He had no time left, the absorption of power had to be done immediately, even if it was necessary that something would be broken in even a high-rank Dimensional Portal. The power of the Shadow Clone will be deployed to settle everything.
Dinan closed his eyes for a moment, Noris and Vania did not dare to disturb Hunter Dinan. They made sure that Dinan was concentrating on something.
Dean's eyes opened. He raised both hands, the energy opened and his body glowed there were threads of energy scattered out of Dinan's body and there were many. Each thread of energy formed a portal that opened.
Vania and Noris could only see how radiant energy was in each of the huge data rooms. The number of portals that appear looks a lot, dozens and it makes Noris and Vania widen their eyes. How could that be?
The room was quite spacious, making it easy for Dinan to form multiple portals at once.
[Bullet Portal teleportation activated! Merged with Supreme One Nature]
The number of portals, is exactly 86 portals that Dinan formed but Noris and Vania do not know the exact number. Dinan's concentration is high, thus forming an equal number of portals.
[Doubling Self, Active. Shadow Clone Skills! Supreme One Nature 86/1,000,000 doubling]
Splash!

Light flashed from Hunter Dinan's body, and a second later a glare. However, when the eyes of the two Hunters, Noris and Vania, opened, their mouths opened too because they couldn't believe it and were amazed by their current vision.
Dinan's body, there are many soul clones that have filled the entire room. And all of them entered each of the teleportation portals created by Dinan earlier. They entered each of those Dimensional Portals from every clone created by Dinan.
Vania had just seen the ability of a Hunter with the doubling technique, "Are you a Necromancer?" Vania held her head in disbelief.
"No!" Noris even immediately commented, “He is a Dimension Portal Hunter!” Noris even answered immediately, and the answer just came out of nowhere. It was because he saw dozens of portals open and how could a Hunter be able to do so?
Noris only knew that if Dimensional Portal Hunters had to focus and concentrate, they could create a teleportation portal but only one, and that too consumed a lot of their energy. Then…, what he was seeing right now was a miracle that his logic couldn't explain anymore.
Then…, both Noris and Vania only had one question in their mind. Why did Hunter Dinan do it all? It hasn't been long since the portal opened and some of Dinan's soul clones have returned. If Dinan's Soul Clone returned then the portal he passed through would be closed.
Dinan's soul fragments or soul clones that have returned will re-enter Hunter Dinan's body. Something else happened, but Noris and Vania had not seen it because they were still amazed by what they saw. On the monitor screen, every time Dinan's soul fragment returns, one red coordinate point has disappeared one by one.
Just five minutes! Yes, all portals have been closed and all soul clones have reunited with hunter Dinan.

"It's finished. Now we will focus on getting the rest of the work done. We have to quickly look at all the Dimension Portal data that has happened, and also predict where else the Dimension Portal will appear and why the Dimension Portal will appear…” Dinan didn't continue his words, he was distracted by the large computer screen.
Hunter Dinan looked at the two faces of Hunter Noris and Vania. The two of them were still glaring and their mouths hadn't moved.
“What…, What do you mean Mr. Dinan. We're done, what do you mean?"
Vania immediately realized, she shook her head and approached the monitor screen. She ran her fingers for a moment on the Keyboard.

"Oh, God! You sent down an Angel!!” Vania held her head, even her long hair was pressed down.
"What's the wrong Vania?" Noris looked at Vania in confusion.
Vania pointed at the screen, “The 86 Dimensional Gap is closed and there is no dimensional energy there. Everything is settled!”
"Impossible!" Noris screamed in disbelief and he looked at Hunter Dinan while shaking his whole body and even his knees fell to the floor. His body was shaking. What happened exactly?
This is crazy!
