Dinan doesn't really understand the job of being a Hunter. He was asked by Raymond to register his license as a Hunter.
Raymond himself was just like the guide said, when he came out of the 11th floor, he took his measurements a month ago and got a license as a Hunter with a B rank.
For a B Rank Hunter, that was very good. Raymond could make a lot of money with it.
Raymond was sure that Dinan would get a Hunter Rank higher than him. It was clear because Dinan had passed the floor of the tower which was taller than him.
“Oya Raymond, did your father die after the start of the worldwide dimensional Portals?” asked Dinan.
"That's right, Bro Dinan," replied Raymond while still driving his car, "My father died because of a monster that appeared from Portal Crash."
Dinan thought for a moment if only all the humans who had died due to Portal Crash were killed by monsters. Dinan can resurrect them all, then there will be many changes in this world.
Strength! Dinan needs strength! Greater power and also looking for universe artifacts.
"Did you think of something?"
“Neither Raymond, it's just that we've lived for so long with dimensional portals and monsters. How peaceful it would be if there were no monsters and dimensional portals.”
Raymond didn't go on. He also realized that human life had changed a lot after monsters started to invade the world through dimensional portals.
Their car stopped at a very sturdy building, its pillars also looked very sturdy. In front of the high-rise building, there was the inscription of the Hunter's Association. They have reached the place where everyone
"This is where I registered my Hunter license, Bro Dinan."
Such a magnificent building, entering it for Dinan must be extraordinary. Until now, Dinan's life has always been lacking. Never thought of something luxurious, even paying for his brother's house, electricity, and school bills. It has been very difficult for Dinan.
"It's a magnificent building, Raymond," Dinan was mesmerized by the luxurious building, he and Raymond just gotten out of the car.
"You don't know Brother, the Hunter Guild's office is even more magnificent."
“Is that the Guild office?” asked Dinan.
Raymond also explained briefly. The Guild was originally an organization formed of high-ranking Hunters. However, in the end, they had great strength and accommodated many Hunters to pull with them.
In the end, the Guild possessed great power, even surpassing the Hunter Association's strength, even having power equal to that of a country.
In France itself, there are three great Guild powers. They all have their own strengths and are recognized by the whole country. Guilds are also a place for Hunters to find their jobs as Hunters. In the Hunter Association, only a few Hunters enter there. It was because they managed and reconciled the disputes between the Hunters and the Guilds.
The most unpleasant task of working in the Hunter's Association was, completing Dimensional Portals that the Guilds didn't take on missions. They finish and assist the defense forces during the Portal Crash.
Dinan began to understand Raymond's explanation. They entered the Hunter Association building. There was an officer in front of the big office. Every Hunter must take a test and get a license as a Hunter. Whether he chooses to join the Association or chooses to join the Guild, that's up to them.
However, the invitation from the Guild is also not that easy, they invite Hunters with high-rank abilities or great power. There are many Hunters who don't join the Association or Guild, they just become additional Hunters and get a mere reward when asking to join the completion of dimensional portals.
Raymond showed Hunter's license to the officer in front of the Hunter Association's office. The officer politely asked about Raymond's needs. Raymond said that he took his brother for an assessment of his Hunter license. The clerk gave the queue number and Raymond accepted it. The two of them entered the room a bit deep, there were also several people standing in line.

This long line is the assessment of the Hunter's rank and obtaining his license as a Hunter to start their work. In that line, Dinan and Raymond had to wait.
Raymond accompanied Dinan to sit for a long time. He was very happy with the return of Bro Dinan. His adventures in the tower exam were all because of Dinan's brother. Until he reached the heights of a high-rank Hunter.
Raymond is also curious, surely Bro Dinan will get a high-Rank Hunter assessment result. How could he not, he had already passed many tests in the tower after being in the tower for so long.
Raymond was sure that, at the very least, Dinan would get a Hunter Rank higher than him. It could be that Dinan will get Rank A or even Rank S. If he gets a Rank S license, then France will be in an uproar once again with the arrival of a new, strong Hunter.
Raymond waited for that. If Dinan gets a stronger power than Raymond inside the tower. Dinan's strength must be even greater to get a higher rank in the world.
Raymond himself received an appraisal rank of B rank. So, with that strength, he was already able to be in the spotlight and was considered a Hunter with intermediate abilities. He was needed a lot in raids inside the dimensional portal.
Strength with a rank B Hunter, Raymond hasn't joined any Guild yet. There had been no offer for him from the Guild in France. However, he could already register to take part in raids and become an Auxiliary Hunter while in the tower. Auxiliary Hunters are Hunters who join from outside the Guild to help complete raids on dimensional portals.
Guilds don't randomly invite new Hunters, they will see their abilities and select them. When they completed missions and received reports, they could see the ability of Auxiliary Hunters to be invited into a Guild.
For Raymond, not just joining a Guild can get a big income as a Hunter support. That's right, Raymond became a Hunter with ranged attack support abilities. His attacks are always precise and can paralyze Monsters from a long distance.
They are still waiting in line, many also waiting in line to get their Hunter license. It happens all over the world, so no wonder, Hunter is the most promising job in this world.
A woman in a very majestic armor was seen entering the Hunter Association. The woman was neatly dressed and had a sword on her back. She was very beautiful, everyone who saw her would be interested to see her.
However, that is not what fascinates aspiring Hunters. It was because that woman was one of the National-class Hunters, she was also well-known by the world as one of the Hunters with S-rank Hunter abilities.
How did he get into the Hunter Association's office? Doesn't he already have his own Guild?
The woman stepped towards the testing ground for the new Hunters. Her hair is long in a half tied and the other part is long. A fashionable-looking man in expensive clothes followed the newly arrived female Hunter.
The woman was among the prospective Hunters who were in line, she asked the young man who was following her to sit down.
"Sit down," said the woman. She just walked into the rank testing room and met the rank gauge there. The rank gauge seemed to respect the woman looking she was polite and even gave a sign of respect. She didn't wait in line and just walked right in.
“Who is that woman, Raymond? It seems that everyone is paying attention to him,” asked Dinan.
Raymond was surprised because he was fascinated by the woman, "So ..., Bro Dinan doesn't know who that woman is yet?"
Dinan just shook his head.
Hufft! Raymond shook his head, “She is Sophie Noemie, one of the strongest Hunters in France. Somehow she came to the Hunter Association's premises and headed for the examination room for new Hunters."
Sophie Noemie! Was it the girl of Agra's uncle? Dinan was surprised, maybe it was true!
