It seems, Aline also does not want to beat around the bush. Aline saw that the young man, Dinan. He was testing the Hunter Association. He seemed to be testing whether the authority of the Hunter Association was strong or not.
That's what hunter Aline caught.

"Just tell me, what is your request, hunter Dinan? We will try and consider it so that you can get what you want. And, we hope that you will come in and fight with us to stop all monster invasions.”
Dinan was quite surprised because Aline besides being beautiful could understand what Dinan wanted. It was as if she was challenging Dinan to say what the conditions were for him to join the Hunter Association. Truly, that woman has the power of sense and high intelligence. Dinan felt that Aline was able to catch what he was really thinking.

Dinan was frank about what he wanted to prove to the authorities of the Hunter Association. He asked for one week to explore the dimensional portal that the Hunter Raid team on duty would complete. That will make the Hunter Association open access to portals that will be completed and with dimensional rank neatly recorded.
One thing was certain, Dinan's request had to do with the Hunter Association's authority over their communications to the Guilds. This was because most of the dimensional portals that were of high rank would have all been taken over by the Guild for completion.

The Hunter Association will then liaise with the Guild in order to obtain a share of the completion of the portal. This is proof, that the Hunter Association does have strong authority over the Guild. Also, are they serious about inviting Dinan to join or is it just ceremonial?
As all Hunters know. With low-rank hunters, they were restricted from entering portals with high dimensional ranks. It was adjusted to their hunter rank. So, at least they could only enter a portal one level below the portal's dimensional rank, and even then they wouldn't be the main raid team. It could be that they are Mining Hunters or Hunters who serve as Transport Hunters.
Low-rank hunters become dangerous if they enter high-rank portals, they will only become easy targets for monsters in high-dimensional-rank portals. They also couldn't last too long because of the high power in the high dimensional rank. The power of divine magic within Hunter could not contain the power of the rank dimensional portal.
So, can the Hunter Association exercise the authority to include Dinan in a high-ranked dimensional portal? This was a challenge from Dinan to the Hunter Association.

And, Aline found out that the Hunter Association was being tested by a young man known to the common people, a low-rank Hunter! But, not for Aline. She knew that Dinan was a strong Hunter, even without the general rank measurement for Hunters.

And, this is a request from Dinan. This condition will determine whether Dinan will enter the Hunter Association or not. If such an easy request couldn't be fulfilled by the Hunter Association, then he wouldn't be able to do anything in the future. Dinan will not be able to make great access and influence in his preparations for an invasion from the planet Cyprus.
Dinan himself is not known in general, he is not known for great power by the country's Hunters and even world-class Hunters. He had no influence at all, the Association became a means to fulfill Dinan's wishes, it was all now the job of the Hunter Association and their sincerity in recruiting Dinan.
“Alright, I will negotiate with the Guild that took the high-rank portal. I will immediately provide you with information regarding the continuation of your request.”
Their conversation ended and both of them stopped talking. Aline was a little confused by Dinan's request, what did the young man actually mean by trying to enter a portal with a high dimensional rank? It can't be just a test run, and there must be a hidden intention and what Dinan is planning.
Aline is getting curious and wants to investigate the matter.
For hunter Aline, this becomes even more interesting because it proves that all of her estimates are correct about Dinan's strength. And, clarity about the story of her older brother, Rhoma. This shows that the path to the strength of the Hunter Association is even stronger if you have a strong Hunter.

The ability that Dinan has, really can't be measured by the rank of hunter measurement in general. Even though the hunter rank is shown as a D rank, it seems. Dinan is able to hide his strength well.
Regarding his request to gain entry into the raid portal with high measurements. Perhaps, Aline just needed to ask the three big Guilds for help and get their raid lists. This will be easy, the Guild will also not ask and calculate why there are additions sent by the Hunter Association. In fact, with Dinan's low-rank ability. It wouldn't make the Guild suspicious at all.
Those Guilds would assume that the Hunter Association could no longer recruit high-rank Hunters. They would think, the Association is experiencing a resource crisis that is Hunter. In fact, they recruited low-rank Hunters.

Right! It would be easy when Aline could make simple excuses to the existing Guilds. This is also a way for the conditions put forward by hunter Dinan. The condition is that Dinan must also report what happened during the raid. It also made the job of researching raids easier for the Hunter Association.
Aline directly contacted the Guild leaders. Of course, the three large and well-known Guilds in the country of France were close friends. S-rank Hunters, they know each other well. If there was a big problem and chaos broke out in the dimensional portal, they would all be summoned to solve the monsters that were causing trouble. They, the eight great powers that belonged to this country, the National Hunter.
Eight people are recognized for their strength, the strength of each rank S Hunter is equal to the strength of the entire country's defense. An S Rank Hunter, including Aline. They are highly respected by the head of state or the President of State.
So, there was no problem for Aline to ask the Guild leaders for something small like this to include hunter Dinan. Even if Dinan asks to include Raymond hunter though. Aline would be able to easily add both of them in Guild raids that entered portals with high portal ranks.
Raymond's Hunter Rank was also still not renewed, meaning he was still licensed as a B Rank Hunter. So, it didn't matter because both of them were considered weak Hunters.
The low rank of the two might just be a mockery of the high-ranking Hunters. One thing Aline thought was. Entering both of them as apprentice Hunters who will oversee and list all the new portals that appear in all parts of the country.
Aline made phone calls to the Guild Leader alternately. Aline immediately conveyed her intentions and requests on behalf of the Hunter Association. Whatever the purpose of Dinan entering the dimensional portal, it is still a mystery. However, entering a high-rank dimensional portal would be easy when they were just apprentice Hunters researching the power of a high-rank dimensional portal.
Dinan will also know, how the position of the Hunter Association in this country and its influence on the Guilds.
The young man was indeed intelligent, perhaps that was what Aline's understanding captured. Dinan wanted to join the Association and test if he could do great things when he joined the Association.
It was an easy matter for the Hunter Association, and then it was up to him what he wanted to do to see what such a high-ranked Dimensional Portal would look like.
