Two Revenge of Lightning
32. Suppressed Feelings
Mr. Mahmud came out of his room; he was about to have dinner with his family. Except for his two dead sons. Romi died when she wanted to commit treason by planning to kill Mahmud for the inheritance. Meanwhile, his first child died because he was killed by Romi's evil plan. Everything was revealed because of Dayang and Rianti's story.
Dayang and Rianti begged Mahmud for forgiveness and told him everything. They realized Romi's mistake, but they could not advise Romi to change. Romi scolded his wife and children, and he still planned to kill Mr. Mahmud.
Finally, Mr. Mahmud forgave his son-in-law and grandson. Both were given a place to live and property for their lives. Meanwhile, Romi's problem had passed, and Mahmud did not question it anymore.
"Do you agree with Grandfather's decision, Bagas?" asked Mahmud, who was sitting and talking with Bagas.
Bagas smiled. "Grandfather is a wise man. He must have made the right decision about Aunt Dayang and Rianti."
Mahmud was proud of Bagas. Bagas had lost his father and mother, even because of the struggle for wealth and being used as a sacrifice by Romi. However, he still forgave his uncle's family for killing his parents.
"Let everything that passes be a memory. We are just humans who will continue to live and walk into the future. It would be nice if, in this world, everyone could forgive each other and live side by side. Living in peace without any grudges, this world would certainly be safe, my grandson.
Mahmud and Bagas' smiles met. They both realised that family and peace were everything. They wanted to forget all the grudges in their family.
"I'm going to school, Grandpa."
"Of course, Bagas. Go, embrace your future with vigor!" Mahmud encouraged his grandson.
"Of course, Grandpa."
Bagas prepared to leave for school. The first goal of his revenge had been fulfilled; all that remained was the grudge against James' death. Bagas would not be able to live peacefully in this world before completing the second revenge. The ultimate revenge is to annihilate Dark Head.
[Assassin Bagas, you have 24 days left in this world.]
Your mission is to kill the assassins and create peace. Your title is [Assassin Killing Machine].
Of course! I will do just that. Bagas went to school; he used his own bike and didn't want to be dropped off.
At school, the atmosphere was very calm from now on. No one dares to act arrogantly or even bully other friends anymore. Bagas is a guarantee that the school is safe. All students who previously liked to ask for money, force and even torture younger siblings, or even those who like to bully. Now, everyone is afraid to hear Bagas' name. Teachers now teach well and are no longer afraid of students who have official and rich parents.
The wind blew peacefully at school. Bagas smiled as he entered the school gate. He looked at the multi-story school buildings. He saw that everything was very calm and conducive. No more delinquency, whereas Bagas used to be before he united his soul with James. Everything was chaotic, and there were cases of school violence every day.
"What do you see, Bagas? A soft voice came from behind Bagas; the woman had just entered the school gate.
She was Nadia. Nadia's smile was beautiful, and her face looked very pretty. Nadia's hair was flowing as the wind caressed her hair.
Deg!
Bagas's heart beat faster. As James occupied Bagas' body, he felt a great influence on the body he occupied. All his life, Bagas had been deeply in love with Nadia. And Bagas never expressed it or even talked to Nadia for too long.
Bagas was very secretive; he hid his love tightly. This could not be separated from the bad treatment Bagas always received during his life.
"You surprised me, Nadia. I was looking at our school; now everything is full of peace." Bagas saw so many students enthusiastically learning; they all looked happy, and there was no pressure.
"You're right, Bagas. All this is because of you."
"I didn't do anything, Nadia."
"Everyone knows it well, Bagas. You've beaten up the bullies in this school, even the vice principal. You're a hero to all the students here, Bagas."
Bagas smiled and looked at Nadia's beautiful face. Nadia became mischievous and held her ears and hair.
"What are you looking at, Bagas? Nadia blushed.
"It's okay, Nadia. You're very beautiful."
Bagas' spontaneous words really made Nadia's face blush. Nadia became mischievous.
"Do you have anything to do tonight, Nadia?"
"No..., uh, sorry, no. Is there something, Bagas? Nadia answered very embarrassedly.
"Would you like to have dinner with me?"
"What?" asked Nadia in shock.
"Ah, never mind! Forget it, I'm just in a funk."
No, Bagas, let's have dinner together."
"Are you serious?" asked Bagas.
"Of course ... of course."
"Alright, I'll pick you up tonight."
Bagas left Nadia standing, and Nadia's face looked very happy when Bagas was out of sight. Nadia was so happy that, after all this time, Bagas finally dared to invite her to dinner together.
"What am I going to wear tonight? Nadia was confused.
***
That night, Nadia kept looking at herself in the mirror. She was wearing a beautiful dress; she really dressed up well tonight. For some reason, she was very happy, and her smile continued to be engraved. She fixed her hair and clothes.
"Is it good yet? Nadia was still unsure of her appearance. Even her mother, who came into her room, kept asking her about her appearance.
"You are very beautiful, my daughter."
"You're only complimenting me out of pity, right? Nadia looked sullen.
"Of course not, Nadia. You are an angel; you are absolutely beautiful in any outfit. You have to be confident, Nadia."
Okay, mom, thank you."
And so the eager guest arrived. Nadia met Bagas at the front. Bagas was wearing a suit and smiling at the door.
"Would you like to come into the house first, Bagas?"
Bagas smiled. "You are very beautiful, Nadia."
"You're teasing me, Bagas."
"No, I mean it."
Their gazes met, and their smiles were exchanged.
"Let's go; we shouldn't get home too late."
Nadia agreed with Bagas' words. They left. Bagas didn't use the car; he had prepared his motorcycle. Bagas wanted to invite Nadia to enjoy the night air and have dinner together. Bagas didn't mean anything by it; he just wanted to give Nadia something good to remember him by.
Bagas knew that the body he was living in now had a lot of love for Nadia.
They stopped at a cafe that was quite quiet. They stopped and chose a seat. The waiter came, and they ordered food.
"Have you ever been to this place, Bagas?" asked Nadia.
"I've been here; I've been here because the wind from the ocean comes into this area. We can enjoy the cool air even though the beach is still far from here."
Actually, Bagas had always liked the cafe. That's when James often spent his free time when he wasn't on assignment at the cafe. He would spend a long time looking at the view of the ocean that seemed to be far away at the opposite end of the café.
"This place is very nice, and the air is also very fresh."
"You're right, Nadia."
They enjoyed the food that had been served, drank fruit juice, and enjoyed the evening by talking to each other. They often met at Mr. Mahmud's house but rarely talked. That was because both of them were often bullied by Mr. Mahmud's family or colleagues at school.
"Bagas, thank you for everything."
Bagas just smiled as he drank his juice.
"In the future, you can't be weak anymore, Nadia. You must be strong and never accept being bullied by anyone."
"It's not you, Bagas. You will always protect me, right?"
"I won't be able to protect you forever, Nadia."
Woossh! The wind blew, fanning both their faces.
"Bagas...," Nadia's voice sounded soft.
"What's wrong, Nadia?"
"Will you make me a promise?
"Promise?" Bagas' brow furrowed.
"Don't ever leave me," Nadia said.
"Why do you think I'll leave you, Nadia?" asked Bagas.
Because... I don't see you as the Bagas I know. You've changed, Bagas. In fact, I'm not even sure that you're Bagas."
Bagas smiled. "You do like to joke around, Nadia."
Srak! Srak!
Some men arrived; they entered the cafe and were staggering. They were drunk. They took seats next to Bagas and Nadia. The waiter came and brought the order book. The four of them ordered food and even teased the waiter who came to them.
How annoying! Nadia didn't like them.
Hey, beautiful," someone greeted Nadia among the four, her eyes looking mischievous.
Bagas said nothing, but he still let them be.
"Hey, why do you want to be with a weak man like him?" another young man's voice.
Bagas still let him.
And one of them stood up while checking bags. His hand was even about to grab Nadia's shoulder.
Klap!
The man's hand was held by Bagas.
"Don't you dare touch the woman who's eating with me!" Bagas' eyes lit up and he looked at the standing man.
"Insolent!"
Wooossh!
The man's left fist tried to hit Bagas' head.
"Watch out, Bagas!"
Bug!
