Two Revenge of Lightning

13. Fastest killer, James!

Bagas came home with his grandfather. They were riding in the car.
"Bagas, be careful of General Bison. Be thankful that nothing happened at the party."
Mahmud was too worried, of course, because General Bison was notoriously cruel. He was very kind, of course, but that was because of the money that was paid to him. There was the tribute that the businessmen gave him. It could be called security money. However, it's far from all that. General Bison has an iron fist as well as a powerful crime network behind him. He was able to control the network of criminals out there.
"I accidentally fell, Grandfather. But is that man really that evil?" Bagas made a curious face. He was acting.
"He's very ruthless. He can even do anything to keep his position."
Alright, Grandpa, I'll be careful if I meet him again."
"That's good, my grandson; in this world we must be wary of everyone. Even family."
"You're right," Bagas said. Mahmud said it was because of his own son, who wanted all the treasures and materials and wanted to kill his own father.
Mahmud even asked Khalid if something would happen in the future. He must protect his grandson, Bagas. Mahmud is old, and Bagas still has a long future. He is the successor to Mahmud, although so far Bagas has not been considered because of his status as a servant's son.
Khalid agreed to this, and even Mahmud offered that Khalid could work for him and leave the assassin organisation. However, Khalid refused. That's because they have sworn allegiance to the organisation. This time, he protected Mahmud because Mahmud had hired him and paid the organisation.

"What is Shadow Eagle planning right now?" Khalid asked Bagas.
Bagas left the house to go to school. He was wearing school clothes and looked relaxed coming out of his room.
"A joint mission. He said that the joint mission of the assassin organisation wants to take over the country. Their plan is not yet known, but the details of the plan have been sent to each of the leaders of the assassin organisations."
Khalid was shocked to hear that. Khalid felt that there was a strong bond between James and the young man.
"If I may know, where is Shadow Eagle right now?"
Bagas smiled. "He said to never ask me about where James is. That's an important cypher secret that all assassins know. I disappeared in the darkness."
Once again, Khalid was shocked at Bagas' words. How could it be that the secrets of the assassins he also knew
"Actually, what is your relationship with James?" asked Khalid, still curious.
Bagas went to tidy up his bag; he was preparing to leave.
"You just need to know, Khalid. I once helped James when he was dying; we have a strong bond and a secret that nothing can buy."
Khalid understood now, so he let Bagas go outside, where he was escorted by the family vehicle. As long as Khalid was paid to protect Mr. Mahmud, he learned everything about Bagas. As an assassin, it was easy for him. Memories, data, and conversations with all the servants in Mahmud's house
Bagas had changed one hundred and eighty degrees. The weak boy who suddenly dared and even chased away Mahmud's biological son He had also fought off bullies at school, including his cousin. He seemed to have risen from the depths and become a superior person.
Was James, however, behind him and always helping him?
For the time being, Khalid could only guess and keep watching. He was doing all this because of James. He was a big brother to Khalid. He was the only trusted family in the Dark Head organisation. Khalid also remembered all his time with James; he always trained and motivated him.

Khalid was a teenager 12 years ago.
In a quiet corner of the market, a boy was surrounded by five thugs. He had handed over his loot; he had pickpocketed in the market and had earned quite a lot of money. He handed it over to the leader of the thugs.
"Hand over the others! I know you still have some!" snapped the man with the thick moustache.
"That's all, Chief."
"Lying!" shouted another man there. "Search him! I know he's lying!"
The chief pushed Khalid's small body; he searched little Khalid's body. In the pockets, in the folds of the shirt, and in the pants. All empty. Khalid's legs were slightly backward. The leader knew something; he pulled Khalid's left leg until Khalid slammed on the ground.
Money! Khalid hid the money in the holes of his sandals.
"Damn boy!"
The leader of the thugs took one of the bills; he pushed and hit Khalid's back until he hit the cardboard trash on the edge of the wall. Khalid's body was in pain; every day, Khalid was always beaten. In fact, he had worked well and gave a deposit. Khalid saved the money for an old woman in a small house. The old woman was sick and could not find food.
The thug leader didn't care about anything; he beat Khalid.
One day, Khalid gave the old woman some food. The shanty house was a cardboard house built in a garbage dump at the end of the market. The old woman was marginalised in life. Khalid had no heart. He bought a pack of bread and gave it to the old woman.
Brak! Brush!
The chief thug got the report, and he went to the old woman. He kicked the bread and pushed the old woman.
"No, let her go!"
Khalid was held up by the other thugs.
"You always hide money for this old lady. You and she are scum!" scolded the head thug. He spat. He kicked the fallen old woman.
The old lady's head hit the wall. Her cardboard house shattered.
"Let her go!" Khalid rebelled; he bit one of the hands of the person holding him. He was released, but he bumped into the head of the thugs and knocked him down. The other thugs beat Khalid's back.
The head thug was angry; he grabbed Khalid by the hair and pushed him. Khalid bounced off the wall. Everyone approached him.
As his eyes were puffy and almost closed, he saw the thug chief's foot about to step on his head.
Woooshh!
Brak! Brush! Brush! Brak!
Khalid's eyes vaguely saw a young man jump quickly from the upper wall. He crushed all the thugs and struck the thug chiefs who fought him in the neck. All of them were defeated easily. The man moved very quickly. Was he a god?
The man held out his hand to Khalid.
"Come with me; I'll make you a legend!"
"What about my grandmother?"
Yes, that woman was Khalid's grandmother; she was the last family Khalid had. There was no one else from his family left.
"She's dead!" the man replied.
"Help me bury her; I'll come with you."
The man smiled and said, "Alright, I have plenty of time."
They buried the old woman, who turned out to be Khalid's grandmother.
"What is your name, sir?" Khalid asked.
The man smiled and said, "I am the fastest killer in the world. James."
