Jodi doesn't understand what Bison is planning to do by gathering the president and all the ministers. Will they all be arrested, and will he proclaim himself the leader of the country?

The president quickly entered the basement through a room inside the State Palace. It was a special room that only the president could enter. Losara led his youngest son, who was about 12 years old.
